    Hello everyone - I just booked my wedding at Moondance as well. Very excited. It is still early to dive into full blown planning - just happy to have the place set for November 14th. On photographers - love sungold but who do you go with if not paula and damian? They are very expensive to get as they only offer one package. Are you going with an associate? And if so, which one? As for DJ - really need to get this one right as music is really important to us. any good recommendations?

    I am so glad I found this board! Thanks to everyone (and Sparkles in a big way) of sharing info and getting me comfortable. I'm very excited. Have not booked it yet as I'm waiting on a few answers from Miriam, but very close. I think the place is going to be really amazing when it is all done! The layout screams "GOOD TIME"!

    Hello everyone. I am also looking at Moon Dance Cliffs. Thinking about having eveything at Moon Dance Cliffs. If we took over the whole property, then there would be no issue with guest restrictions. It looks like you could have the RD, ceremony, and reception all at the Cliffs. What do you think the pp cost may be for this?

    hello everyone. looking for cool Jamaica locations. We want to have about 75-100 people. We want to have all our friends and family to just hand out and have a great time for a few days. Also like character and don't want to break the bank for us or our guests. We have come up with: Rockhouse Moon Dance Cliffs Half Moon Round Hill Half Moon and Round Hill are towards the upper end of our comfy price range. Also - those two seem less like "us". Our personalities are more laid back - not fancy - just chill... any other suggestions?

    Hello everyone! I have been trying to get in touch with the Rockhouse staff to inquire about wedding availability in 2009. I know the place fills up fast ... hoping for Oct, Nov, or December. I have not been able to get a hold of the coordinator though...anyone heard anything? Is it a bad sign that nobody has called/emailed us back yet? Maybe it being the new year everyone is really busy? Don't want to read into it but really want to get the location out of the way so we can focus on some of the other fun things!

    Hello everyone! I am considering having my wedding at the Moon Dance Cliffs Resort in Negril. This resort is currently incomplete since it is brand new (translation - pool was a dug out hole one month ago). The good news is that this is bascially a new section of an existing and well run property (Moon Dance Villas). My wedding would be almost a year from this point - what do you think? The set up is pretty much exactly what we are looking for. Since it is not yet complete we can also probably negotiate a good deal. Is this a crazy idea? Anyone else look at this place?
