Hey girls... As much as I'd like to take full credit for the boarding passes, I actually got the template from another bride and changed some things to my liking, so definitely feel free to use them for yourselves! For printing I just printed them on my home printer and they turned out really nice. I used a heavier paper and used a paper trimmer to do the cutting. I put a purforating blade on the trimmer to do the side stubs to make them look a bit on the real side. I also have the program fan template if anyone is considering doing those. Any questions, let me know

The planning is going good so far. I've done my boarding passes - I'm sending them out about a month before we leave with some general info on them & I did my program fans. As far as the resort, I'm doing the beach ceremony, cocktail party (need more details on that one), dinner at the Steakhouse and then party at the Vitrales room. As far as flowers, decorations etc., I still have no idea!! How's your planning going? I've received a picture of the steakhouse & the vitrales room (and pictures of the optional decorations available for the room - at an extra cost), the restaurant menus, the information on the convention center (at one point I thought I would have more than 45 people) & the flower options. And I think that's about it. The rest of my info has come from our fabulous Michelle

Michelle, A couple of questions for you....I leave on April 6th, so it's only 90 days away. I've received the last wedding details document from the WC and I'm wondering how far in advance it was when you sent in your completed form. Also, I'd like to use the Vitrales room, but I don't have my final guest count yet, so I'm not 100% sure that it will be big enough. Do you know how far in advance I have to tell them that I want that room? Thanks!

I was very curious about the lounge set-up for the Vitrales room after reading Michelle's review so I emailed the WC and she sent me a zip file with some photos. Let me know if any of you gals would like me to forward it to you.

Michelle!! First off, you look absolutely gorgeous!! Your wedding sounded like it was so beautiful, I'm so glad things went well. Congratulations again!! Thank you for such a detailed review & for the pics!! You have been such a help to all of us Iberostar girls. I learned so much and had quite a few questions answered after reading your review. And options that we didn't know about...the gazebo, the set-up of the Vitrales room etc.! I'm looking forward to picking your brain as my planning progesses. Thanks again!

They did mess up my BM bouquets though. I requested all white roses and sent a picture. Tony met me at the spa with the hair flowers which were also not what I requested. The BM bouquets were light pink with smaller flowers around them (the ones that were in my hair). I also had provided green ribbon to be tied around the stems of all the bouquets which they did not do. Tony said she would get it fixed. The hair flowers she brought to the spa were HUGE!! I'm talking as big as my head huge. Luckily, the smaller mistake flowers they added to the BM bouquets were closer to what I wanted so we picked those out and added them to my hair and I took two for my sister (flower girl). Tony brought the corrected bouquets to my room while we were out taking pictures. They replaced the pink flowers with white ones, but left the other flowers in there. They still looked nice though. They had wrapped them in the green ribbon. I put my starfish in the bouquet and I had also tied on a charm that said MOM on it with small pink ribbon that I brought with. I had requested all white roses for the centerpieces that were to be placed in the blumebox vases I brought down. I also gave a picture of that, but I got completely different flowers. I think there were a couple white and hot pink roses in there along with different flowers. I was actually quite happy they didn't give me what I wanted because I loved what they did. Our guests carried them into the private room after dinner and some took them back to their room. I kept one also. The flowers lasted pretty much the rest fo the trip, and I used one of the flowers from the centerpiece as my hair flower for the TTD session. I will try to finish my review tonight!!! I agree...what a great teaser!! Sounds like things went really well though!

That looks awesome! I didn't even know that that gazebo existed! I love the fact that they got new beach decorations. I can't wait to see the rest of your pics and read your review!!

I originally wanted Claudia & she had our date open but my fiance isn't into the pictures as much as me so he was having trouble paying that much...he actually wanted the resort photog. So, we comprimised and found a less expensive photographer. But, I absolutely love Claudia's work!! I originally hired a videographer but to get them for the ceremony & the reception I had to hire them for the whole day, which wasn't cheap, but it seemed like a waste cause there's not much to videotape while we're getting photos done & eating supper etc., so I decided I'd just get someone in the family to do it instead.
