I made these a few months ago but would like to share with you our invitations that I made. With ordering paper, the hole punch, ribbon and the palm tree stamp I think I only paid about $80 all together and just having the time to make them! The first picture is the invite and behind it is the envelope, nothing special, I just stamped on the palm tree

Is this package for the Majestic Colonial? I thought we had to pay for the Bouquet and boutonniere seperate? Or is it really included in the package? Because that would be really cool!!!

Does anyone know how long the civil ceremony lasts?

Hi, we just got our paper work back from WEDO, it costs $250. They mailed us the documents in less than a week and they even messed up my name on one of the forms, all we did was call and in 2 days sent us the document with the correct name. Now we just have to send it to the resort and hope it's legit But after reading so many Brides that did the same thing I'm feeling confident!!

The photo slips, OMG, what a pain. We ended up finding a bunch of photo albums on sale and had to take them apart manually for them to fit in the books. To bind the books together I used another contraption called: Zutter. Then I bought a bunch of fun stickers to dress the pages up a little bit. This probably sounds easy and really it wasn't too bad, I just didn't have a huge paper cutter that would of been very very helpful and saved a lot of time. But it was fun to be creative!! I'm sure you can find pre-made photobooks or journals at the craft store that would work as well. They have all kinds of stuff out there these days!!

I'm so glad some of you girls feel the same way I do about a "bridal party". I personally have been in my girlfriends weddings and it's always drama with the bridesmaids. Even friendships are lost. Craziness. I have decided not to have any bridesmaids or groomsmen or even MOH and BM. We were going to have our mothers as our witnesses but I just read that you can't have a relative be a witness so I actually have asked one of my good friends to be a witness. Also my father will not be able to make it to the destination wedding so I have asked my mother to walk me. I'm happy with my decisions and reading this thread made me feel even better to know I'm not the only one who's not having a bridal party. Thanks

Hi, I've been searching all over this site on the music during ceremony but I can't find it unless I'm searching it all wrong. If I am reposting something that already exists I apologize. But I was wondering if anyone knows how the music works for the ceremony on the beach at the Majestic? I noticed you have options to choose from (band, DJ etc..) but I thought I read somewhere that they have a radio/CD player that you can bring your own music and play while people are being seated and whatnot for no extra charge? If anyone knows how this works please let me know. It will be greatly appreaciated. Thank you!!

Hello, for my wedding we reserved a section of the steak house. I also have asked what the tables would look like and if we could bring our own decorations. Also I have read that many people reserve sections of the restraunts and don't even notice anyone else but who's in the party. I have a photo of the table setting that Larissa has sent me. Hello, here is a few pics of my ring. The stone is an Aquamarine, white gold with diamonds on the band. My FI picked it out (with the help of some pics I sent him) but he did a great job, I absolutely LOVE IT!!!

Here's my novel!!! hehe. A month before we left to go on vacation in Myrtle Beach, S.C. with friends of ours and their 2 kids. My fiance decides to buy a playstation 3 because the xbox was broken. Then about a week later he buys a 61 inch TV and the one we had was only a year old. Of course I was not happy. 3 years into our serious relationship and buying a house together and even having a new puppy part of our family (we already had 1 dog and cat) where is my ring? I am ready, I know what I want and can't picture my life without him etc... But a TV and a stupid gaming console? I was pretty much fired up!! So we go on vacation (the whole time he had a grand plan!!). I had no idea. He ordered the ring online, they were supposed to ship it before we left but the jeweler didn't like the quality so he ordered a new one... that meant the ring would not be delivered on time. So my fiance called them and asked if they could ship the ring to the hotel we were staying at. He had it all planned to propose on the pier but that night there was a tornado warning and major thunderstorms etc... So the night didn't go as planned. But in the pouring rain he encouraged me to go on the pier... oh but it was closed and decided to down pour rain while this is happening. So back to the hotel. Poor guy, he was so nervous so everything came out wrong; "I haven't been honest with you...I've been talking to a guy in California..ummm, all the times I was on the phone during this vacation wasn't who I said I was talking too..(down on one knee) Shawn, will you marry me?" HAHAHAHA. Of course I said YES!! My heart about jumped through my chest, I thought something was wrong the way he said it all. it was perfect though. I had nooooooooo clue what so ever. He tells the story waaaaaaay better than I do! I love the way everything worked out though, it was perfect in my mind
