I've got to tell you, I'm a sucker for embroidery and that dress looks like it was tailor-made for you!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is what I think of when I think of a 'wedding dress." Cause sometimes we see dresses that we think, Meh... That's a wedding dress/ But that one, I guarantee, when people see you walk out in it, they are going to be like, OMGOSH! It looks regal, fit for a queen, very romantic, and again, the detail on it is AMAZING! :) Yay ! I'm so excited for you! That dress is gorgeous!

PLEASE do not lose your wedding bands. LOL We still cannot find J's! He only ordered his suit yesterday and it will be here tomorrow, so you're not alone with a 'slacker groom.' LOL.
The one major thing I have left to do is burn a CD with music for in between the band's sets. Oh, and get a NEW wedding band for him! GRR! LOL. I've got my bachelorette party, bridal shower, and final fitting all this weekend. I'll take lots of pics for you guys!

We noticed Jorge's wedding band was missing when we got back from the Dominican Republic a month ago... and it's been msising ever sinec!!!!!!!!!!! We have looked high and low with no luck. I am praying you find yours today! We are probably going to end up buying him another one! How annoying!

I went with my resort for this very reason! They only charged us to rent out the restaurant and close it down and included all the food and drinks on that amount, so there were no 'per person' charges. The only extras we added on were the cocktail/h'ors deurves hour and music, etc.

^^ Eeh, I'm sorry. I can only imagine how uncomfy that must be! Try soaking in it for about 20 minutes. I learned this from my grandmother.

I am sorry this is happening to you. Your TA sounds like a wanker!

I don't get why she's harassing your guests either, especially if she todl them they had until a certain day to pay by.

I would def suggest travel insurance and have never heard that you can cancel everything last-minute with no penalties... usually when you cancel, you can't get money back without travel insurance.

When I was booking my travel for my wedding, one of hte TAs I originally talked to go married at PCP. He said he loved it. He went down with about 50 family members and friends for a week and sid they had a blast and highly recommended it to me.

There may not be anyone on this immediate forum that has married there but I am sure a ton of people have. It looks gorgeous! I love the colors of the resort! So pretty!

I am very sorry to hear this. He sounds like a complete jackass and it's obvious he is jealous/mad that you have moved on and are getting married and is doing it to spite you.

He shouldn't be taking it out on your daughter though.

Don't worry. Everything will work out.

Try taking a warm bath in oatmeal flakes. I know ti sounds weird but this is the ONLY thing that helps me. That and calamine lotion.

I didn't book travel insurance with my TA because his was more expensive than doing it independelty through an outside source and we got a GREAT deal.

 

I def recommend you getting the travel insurance, because you never know what will happen.

Oh, Lord. Don't even get me started... I cannot tell you how many people wanted to come,friends of friends that I've never met. People kept wanting to invite people I've never met and eventually I put my foot down and said, It's a wedding, not a PARTY. So, No! LOL
Granted, the vacation is one thing, but the wedding is entirely different. And who wants people they've never met at their wedding?!

But yeah, those RSVPs are so annoying!

I lost a bridesmaid and a flowergirl already but gained a ring bearer. LOL

So I know I'm not alone here...

Today was the final day for my guests to RSVP. Wedding in 22 days (holy cannoli!) and I just wanted to say that at first I was pissed... pissed that I've only gotten FIVE RSVP cards back out of the 52 confirmed and booked, but now I just find it hilarious cause I remember when my girlf got married last year she said, NOBODY EVER RETURNS THEM! LOL.

I can so relate.

And we still anticipate a couple more people coming so yeah, I just wanted to talk about it somewhere... about how nobody ever RSVPs.
