Okay! I have been MIA because I have been trying to get everything together to leave. I leave in 4 days and have pretty uch got everything together for you all. After 10 months for planning and crafting and on and on, here is what I have. I cannot take credit for too much on here since I got some many of the ideas from everyone. Have you been to the health food stores yet? I think you will be sooo surprised at how many options they have. When I was first told I ahd to be on a GF (gluten free) diet I was like WTF do you eat?? But there are so many options out there. You will find that food that is GF is usually not made with caffeine, AF sweeteners, and processed foods.

I am on a pretty strict diet too! I try to stay away from artificial sweeteners... Only a COMPLETELY gluten free diet! Stray from caffenee. LOL so what left to eat LOL Actually other than water I do drink coffee more for the taste obviously and thats decaf. I also like tea (caffeine free) and I ALWAYS drink water and buy that bottle of lemon juice at the store, squirt some in and your good to go.
