Barefoot Sandals??
Sunsierra replied to Sunsierra's topic in Destination Wedding Dresses, Wedding Attire & rings
If you don't mind, that would be awesome! I already have the two patterns from rubysbeadwork.com, but they're not exactly what I'm looking for and I'm horribel at altering patterns.... -
I bought this beautiful dress from a boutique and I paid $1237. The tag says a size 8 but it is a corset so it could fit a size 6 or 10. I should also mention that I bought this dress off-the-rack - although it's never been worn for a wedding yet. It is an exclusive imported satin and organza gown. It has swarovski crystals and a basque waist bodice with a lace-up back panel. It comes with a privacy panel and the straps could be easily removed (I planned on removing them when I bought the dress). This dress is an off-white/ivory color. The front and back (sorry the quality of these pics are bad) Detail: Train Detail: And there is this beading all around the bottom edge: Well, there she is. I would like to sell her for $600 but I am open to offers. Depending are where you are, I may pay the shipping. I just wanted to add that this might not be the best DW dress cause it has layers of fabric - so it might work better for brides not having a DW

Barefoot Sandals??

Me neither, although I did get the supplies to make my own... if that works out, then I'll make them for the girls (which I'm kinda scared to do cause I don't even like touching my own feet, haha). etsy.com also has some if you want to try there.... and just looking now, ladybead has some good sales on, I think I might just order them and be done with it, haha. -
Haha, I haven't been on in the last couple of weeks so..... CONGRATULATIONS!!!! I didn't fill out any application that had our income and assets on it. The only questions I had to answers was: Names, Wedding Date Requested, Wedding time requested, approximate # of guests, # of kids, only those sort of q's. What kind of application did you get

I'm going to go against the grain on this one. Personally, I wouldn't like the fact that I'm being told (or politely asked) what to wear. Is it more important that your guests are all uniform or that your guests are comfortable? The way I see it is your guests are paying $1000+ for your wedding (and vacation) you shouldn't ask them to go out and buy specific clothes for this occasion. Not trying to start an argument, just pointing out the other side. Either way, good luck with whatever you choose.

Necklaces for my BM's
Sunsierra replied to JulieG's topic in Wedding Registry, Wedding Gift Bags, and OOT bags
Thanks girls for all your help. I couldn't find anyone by the email address. They probably have a few anyway. I was going to buy from one company but then they uped their shipping prices by $7 a piece so I'm not gonna buy those... I'll just keep looking -
Are the ECO-Bags $6 for each bag or $6 for each set? Please let me know. If I purchase the bags I'll more than likely take alot of this stuff off your hands! Thanks!!!

How much are you asking for the white lingerie?

Necklaces for my BM's
Sunsierra replied to JulieG's topic in Wedding Registry, Wedding Gift Bags, and OOT bags
Just wondering if you have that users email address - I was trying to find that user name on ebay but I had no luck. If you have their email address I can search for it. I reallllly like the pendants you got and I would love to get them for my BM's. Thanks! -
Hey girls! I just wanted to let you know that the bar setup is $5 per person for the first hour and $3 per person for each additional hour. (So two hours would work out to $8 per person). Cassondra, I'm sure you could see about renting the conference room, if they let people use it as back up, I'm sure they'd rent it outright.

Hi Sara! Welcome!! I'm Stacy and I'm getting married there too! I'm super excited and I've heard tons of great stuff about the Bahia. (One of my co-workers went there for his honeymoon and they thought it was AWESOME!) If you have any questions at all, please post em! Good luck planning! -
Wanted: Ivory dress shirts????
Sunsierra replied to SusanK's topic in Destination Wedding Dresses, Wedding Attire & rings
Oh, good question! We're in the same boat - except for the fact that my FI hasn't even thought of what he's going to wear - but my dress is ivory and I'm wondering the same thing. -

Beach Setup for Dancing???
Sunsierra replied to Sunsierra's topic in Wedding Flowers, decoration, cake, etc.
Alberto from Claudia (maybe) I'm trying to find reviews about him but I haven't been able to! Okies Jazmin emailed with this response: Quote: so about your questions is possible that you use the main pool for your first dance maybe you have a cokctail special of group here in the main pool with lights or candles around of the pool with: 1.- Special Cocktails: Beer, Piña Colada Cocktail, Margarita Cocktail & Sparkling Wine 5 USD/per/hour extra hour: 3 US$/pers 2.- Music: DJ music cd player(guests can bring their special songs in cd or I pod to play) 150 USD/per/hour Or Live music per set of 45 min Mariachi (330 usd), Mexican guitar (242 usd) Note: Choose 1 kind of bars as well as DJ or live music is necessary to confirm the cocktail party service. until 11:00 pm And the other option is in the Discotheque La Rancherita " inside the Hacienda Doña Isabel here you can use for your first dance. 150 usd per hour Looks like you can only have the cocktail service until 11pm anyways! It might work out though... cause anyone who wants to party later can go to the disco. Do you think the $5/per/hour is person? It kinda looks that way but the DJ is listed the same so I don't know?? It also looks like we have to pick one type of drink only - I think if we're allowed (and if the pool bar is still open) we might just skip having a "special" bar. Gah! I don't know!
