If Bride is divorced (I know is not your case), then she has to get the apostille as well from her country and then pay the translation of her birth certificate and/or divorce certificate. Once in Mexico (you have to consider to be here in the area a couple of working days prior your wedding date) Once you are here, then you have to do the translation of the certificates... both sides (if something is written in the back) that is more less 500 pesos for each translation. If Bride is divorced the easiest way to avoid the payments will be to erase your parents from your new wedding certificate. Once the wedding is done, the Judge will give you one certified copy of your wedding certificate (with this one you can start doing the change to your new husband's last neame, etc) but the other one is going to Chetumal which is the capital of the state of Quintana Roo where they will do an apostille that is more less 500 pesos. Once is done your wp will send it to your country by Fedex, UPS or DHL since the mail system in Mexico is not reliable. With the apostille your wedding will be recognize by the Hague countries.
