They do require you to have a wedding coordinator since Emma is not acting as a wedding coordinator at Sunset, she is the Events Sales Manager. The restaurant is open from 5 to 10 pm. My FI and I went on a scouting trip last month and fell in love with Sunset (minus the construction). We're working with our WP and wanted to do a buyout but can't justify the cost for 45-50 people. My WP was not clear on the minimum consumption and site fees. Site fees for the terrace and the salon are waived if you meet the minimum consumption, right? For your beverage, are you going to do by consumption or are you going to do one of the hourly pp bar packages? Any advice you could send my way w/b most appreciated? BTW, have you found a wedding coordinator, yet?
