Travel Mugs - Printing Options

Recommended Posts

Hey All!

So I ordered our Travel Mugs for our guests from Factory_21 on Ebay. She designed an awesome Logo to put on our Mugs.

This is it:

It'll be Turquoise on a White Mug

We opted to not put our names on them that way hopefully they'll be used again by atleast some, once they're home :)

Anyways, the company offered to Print that on BOTH sides of the Mugs free of charge. Should I just stick with 1 side, or have it printed on both? I'm kind of torn, not sure if both sides would be too much?!

Opinions?!!

Thanks a million, ladies!

I also bought from this seller and they were great! (Are you working with Amanda? She was beyond amazing)

We got steins for the wedding and shot glasses for the AHR and we were so happy with how they turned out. For the shot glasses we only had 1 side printed since they were so small but we did get both sides done for our steins. I worried it would be too much but they look awesome. It's nice that no matter how our guest sets them down they'll be able to see our logo. So I say go for it! (if you want to see pics of ours PM me and I can email you)

I also noticed you are in Canada so be prepared to pay customs. Ours came in 2 boxes and it was just over $20 when the UPS guy came. Just thought I'd mention it :)

Yes, I am working with Amanda. She's awesome!! Great girl to work with. I kind of liked the idea of both, just cuz of what you said no matter how they're set down you would see our logo. I would love to see pics. I will PM you!

I realized I would have to pay Customs. I don't mind an extra $20 or so.

Punkie--how is the quality of the shot glasses? I wanted to get glass shot glasses, but Amanda assured me that the plastic ones are heavy duty. Do they look/feel cheap?

I was actually impressed with the shot glasses. I worried they would look cheap as well but they are thick plastic. They are nice and light but not flimsy. We got black with silver font and I love them. I'm sure some people might have issues with plastic shot glasses but I only see the good. I will be sending Crystal some pics later and I can send you some as well if you'd like. Just PM your email addy and I'll send them out when I get home.

Also you asked about discounts and Amanda did give us the printing on both sides for free. We didn't need 50 steins but her boss won't break up the cases so that is why she offered us that for free. She's really easy to work with and she will do whatever she can to make this easy on you. Best customer service I've encountered in a very long time.

I paid about $135 for 70 of their 22oz Steins. Thats shipping and everything so it's abou $2/mug. Seems reasonable to me! I'll have to pay a little for Duty, but I don't see it being very much.

I let Amanda know we're going to go ahead and print on both sides. Think that's awesome for FREE! :)

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
