wow, good for you!!!!!!!

on friday night, i went to see s&tc, complete w/ mini bottles of wine and popcorn. yesterday, i went to woodbury commons - a HUGE outlet mall - and had a light taco salad for dinner1, followed by some greek salad, dolmas, taramasalata and pita for dinner #2. tonight is a retirement party for my grandfather, and the food will probably be catered by the best restaurant around - whatever that restaurant is. i'm w/in my ww point range for the week, so hopefully my 0 % loss will be better this week.

I was HORRIBLE this weekend!! Went whitewater rafting with my Dad & cousin (not the 2 healthiest eaters!) & ate like crap! I didn't actually go crazy or anything (ie/ pasta for dinner, bagel for breakfast) but from what I've been doing I just felt so gross eating things I never usually eat during the week!

On the bright side I did accomplish a 7-hour (approx) rafting trip, where I paddled my ass off & took a few swims in the Ottawa River (pretty chilly!) by jumping out of the raft on the easy-parts! I even went cliff-jumping into the rapids at one point!!

It was an amazing upper body workout, but I need to step-up the cardio again this week! Unfortunately I am stuck at my parents place for a few more days so it'll be hard to get to a gym here without any of my gear!

BBQ suck when your on a diet. I went to one yesterday and I brought my own lowfat turkey burger with me and that's all i could eat. It was kinda depressing just looking at the taco dip, spinach dip and pasta salad. but i didn't eat any of it. I did really good this weekend with my eating. I better lose this week!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
