Ok, so I originally bought the tealight 2 pk in round glass holders I think for $1in the citrus cilantro scent (thought that was very mexico) But I'm wondering if those will be fine for my OOT bags. Should they be in the tin for travel?? These are sealed in a plastic holder but I'm just wondering if people really use these?? I was thinking how heavy mine would be the other day..ha I think I will get some of these anyway though because I only have like 10 of the other and we have 24 coming so far.

For $0.75 a piece, I say go for it and get the tin candles! You can always return them if you decide you wanna stick with the glass votives. Glass is certainly heavier than the tin, which is extremely light. And the good thing about the tin candle, is that its always contained whereas and safely mobile, whereas the glass votives, once they're taken out of the packaging, that's it and you've got to keep wrapped up to prevent them from breaking.

But in the end, I think it all really depends on what you think your guests will enjoy more =)

Ok, so I went to Michael's today and got these tin travel candles for 50 cents and they are all letters of my bridesmaids name..thought that was cool. And the other one is just in a seaside scent for other guests and the letter ones were spiced vanilla.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
