Has anyone made barefoot sandals?  I saw these and thought they would be a great DIY project to make for myself and the  bridesmaids to wear for the ceremony since we will be barefoot during the ceremony and pictures on the beach.  BUT I am having a very hard time finding a pattern.

I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction.

If you have made your own, I would love to see pictures for inspiration!

Thanks!

I found these directions and have made myself a pair, haven't taken pics yet but hopefully will get around to that soon.  Here's the website: http://www.instructa...ke-foot-thongs/

oh, i love this link!  and i love the little starfish that is attached to this pic shown.  that is a really cute detail that i would not have thought of doing...but it adds such a nice touch to everything!  what a great job you did making your "shoes" for your wedding day.  i just love this idea and might have to do some experimenting myself!
