Has anyone ever been to the Iberostar Paraiso Maya? I was looking there, and Dreams Puerto Vallarta Resort & Spa.

Any input on either would be greatly appreciated!! I've never been to Puerto Vallarta or Riviaria Maya, so I have no clue what the areas are like...

    Thanks girls!!

      hey there,

Iberostars in general are very FUN resorts...younger crowds and families...this resort i think is one of the nicer of the chain. it consistently gets really good reviews.

PV Dreams is also a great resort with great reviews...

you just need to figure which would work best for you...PV or RM?

Tammy, or anyone, do you know what the differences are between the 5 Iberostars in the Mayan Riviera? Is there a big difference, do you have to carefully consider which of the 5 you are talking about?

I have been looking at the IB also. For some unknown reason my FI is set on getting married there. I found some wedding info on several of the IB resorts at Iberostar Hotels and Resorts Message Board - Index. I have emailed the wedding coordinators at the Grand Hotel, Maya/Lindo and Beach. So far I have only gotten responses back from the Grand Hotel (they dont have wedding packages set up yet but will me when they do (doesnt help!!)) and, Irma the coordinator at the Lindo/Maya has been very quick and responsive so far.
