Congrats on your wedding Debra... is there anytthing in particular you are looking for costs on? I know it varies greatly on the set up costs from what other brides have shared! So what day in January are you getting married?

A few things I would like to know: 1) If you go with the DJ but don't do a dance floor on the beach is there room inside to save costs? We are having about 40 people. 2) With the open bar options are kids included in this price? Or are they cheaper? 3) Any food suggestions?

Hi Laura, Just curious of you went with that menu option and how it was or what exactly you get with it. We are also looking and the same one although the new price list looks a little different, I do like the sides offered with yours better. As well saw your photos on here you looked beautiful!! Hi Nena, Yes you can have the legal ceremony at Dreams Plam Beach we are doing that one:) You can either have Pastor York or a Judge do the ceremony. The coordinators set it all up for you as well. We are actually doing our reception at the Jellyfish Resteraunt instead of the resort after a lot of swaying abck and forth but we wanted something a little different and the price actually will work out cheaper for us by doing it at the Jellyfish! Congrats on your wedding and I am happy with our choices so far after reading so many reviews it seems like a great resort that is a little more intimate than some of the larger ones!

I am not sure if you had read this reply Katyanova left when I requested some information about Huracan Cafe but you may find it useful:) We were lookin for a back up in case Jellyfish did not have our date open but we got the great news yesterday!!! Hi Ladies - we are Janaury 16th, 2014 at Dreams Palm Beach. We are acutally attempting to do the reception off the resort if anyone has any ideas of locations!

Hi Ladies, I am also waiting to hear if there is any space open at the Jellyfish resteraunt in Janaury 2014. We are already booked at Dreams Palm Beach and when we started getting more into the planning I was blown away with the costs of everything at the resort. I also want something a little more different and not so cookie cutter... I wish we had looked more online earlier because I am worried if we can ever find a place to is more us:( Does anyone on here know of any other off resort venues? Hi Hi Katya, We are crossing our fingers for a date in January 2014 for the Jellyfish but know we may be out of luck, we are booked at Dreams Palm Beach and are now thinking about moving the reception off the resort. We are just wanting to find something less cookie cutter:) would you happen to have a contact for Huracan Cafe that you could share?
