Heather & Court, I give you guys credit! My wedding is right around the same time as yours & I only have 1 more person to book (my sister). But we do only have 20 people coming including ourselves! & I thought 1 person was enough stress for me! I can't wait til the 3 month out mark so I can actually "plan"!

LindaR, Talk to your wedding coordinator, they will usually send you a packet that includes options for your reception. But some things you could do would be renting the Disco (must have 30 people for that), doing a bonfire on the beach (depends which day though since they have beach parties some nights - all depends which resort), or you could rent an area and have a Cocktail party where you could also hire a DJ. Hey Guys! I'm planning on getting married at the Beach & having my reception at the steakhouse. I'm wondering about the decorations for the steakhouse. We're having about 20 people and are going to do the semi-private dinner. Do you know how they set up the tables for that? Maybe one long table for us? I was also thinking about doing centerpieces if they don't have any, but I have no idea how many I'd need. Any help would be great! Thanks!!!

It says $32 a person, do you think that means on top of the $18 extra a person?

I guess I can do a cocktail party afterwards on the terrace & just rent a dj....sounds good to me.

Thanks! I talked to the wedding coordinator and she said I could do either a cocktail party on the terrace or rent the disco(which I can't because I don't have 30 ppl). So I think we're gonna go w/ the cocktail party and rent a DJ. & it's cheaper than the beach bonfire anyways

So I just found out that because I won't have 30 people I won't be able to rent the disco. I'm also worried because if I can't do the disco I'll have to do a bonfire at the beach BUT I'm getting married on a Thursday and I heard the IRHB has a beach party that night...so idk if that's even possible. Any suggestions???
