I think I can help. On your reply card you simply do this: "2 Seats have been reserved in your honour. Please RSVP by blah blah blah" That way it's very clear without explicitly saying "NO KIDS!". I'm a certified wedding planner, and this is what we were taught to tell brides with this issue. Good luck!

Did any of your guests complain about the size of the resort? That's my only concern with booking the GBP.

Hi ladies! I'm in the final stages of booking a resort for my wedding in May 2013, and I need some help. Has anyone held a wedding at the Gran Bahia Principe Esmeralda or the Ambar? What are the pros/cons? I'm having the hardest time getting any information. Any hidden costs? How are the beaches? Did you do a wedding on the beach? Were there a lot of gawkers? Thanks in advance!

I'm getting married in May 2013, it's just over a year away but I'm still being told by everyone that it's too early to plan a lot of things. Just have to remind myself to be patient! We're going to be married in Punta Cana - working on the final resort decision now.
