Agreed! Wendy was an integral part of our decision to have a destination wedding!! Her timeliness and responsiveness with emails and phone calls (while we were on separate coasts!) was so reassuring. We had around 65 guests who attended our wedding, and it could not have been possible without Wendy! She also worked very hard secretly with my husband to book our honeymoon travel, and could not have been more helpful! We love Wendy!

Hi Ally! My wedding is at the Now Jade in less than 2 weeks! Nov 7th! We are having about 65 people and our ceremony is at the Pergola. We are using the ocean front terrace for the reception, and having dancing/dj at the Pergola area which is right next to it later on. I'm still deciding on our "head table"...we might have it be the first table closest to the dancing, or in between with 3 or 4 tables on each side. I was worried about space too, but originally the WCoordinator told me the space was best for up to 80 people. I have pictures and video from our spring site visit, I'd be happy to email you. -Taylor

Pilar calls them "tiffany" chairs and they come in either brown or gold. I think they are $7 a chair to rent. Â

I did some sample floral arrangements with fake flowers and vases bought from a craft store to give an idea of what I wanted. I sent pictures to Pilar and the florist was able to make a replica that was very similar to my design, and looks like they will be half the price of some of the premium arrangements! Just an idea.... Â Also, my wedding is on Sunday, November 7th, 2010. So I'm not sure about the Sunday policy unless they have changed it recently.
