Dreams Tulum wants me to fill out a form to hold a date. I'm going to look there and at 2 other sites that I have on hold in a week and a half. If I give them my information to put on hold, there is no way they would be able to cross check with the other resorts, right? I don't want to lose my dates at any of the places, and I'll be letting go of them right after my visit which is so soon...

I don't think that would be a problem. I think you are wise to have them hold the date as long as you don't have to exchange any money.
For the dance, at the reception, Maggie wore her crinoline and a lovely lace top. Looks like Tadd likes it!

No, they will not know you have multiple dates reserved at other resorts. It is better to reserve the date at a few places you are interested in rather than risk someone else taking your date.
