I wish I could see your pictures =(  Looks like I have to keep working on my number of posts =p

I'm so happy for you and everything seems to be coming along well.  I love your invitations and your colour is gorgeous!  Your dress is amazing and you look stunning in it!  I can't wait to see wedding pictures, if you plan to post them.  You're almost a month a way from the big day, how are you feeling?

@@diadiamond Thanks Dia! Get posting away so you can see photos! I am starting to get super excited... I mean I have always been super excited, but now I am really really excited! 33 days til we leave!!!!!! I just had my dress fitting last night which was great considering over the summer I gained weight and it didn't fit... I worked hard though and it fits again woohoo! And I don't need many alterations! Just taking it out a little in the back... didn't really have to, but wanted to, to avoid the dreaded back fat lol!

@@diadiamond Have you decided anything more about your wedding yet?

Oh wow 33 days!  That's so exciting.  I'm definitely going to be posting away lol.  Not much has been going on with my wedding plans.  My fiance and I are both finishing up school so we're waiting until after we finish school to do more planning stuff.  I can't wait to read more of your posts =)

Over the weekend I put together my Bridal Party's gifts. I hope they like it! I got them a beach bag from Old Navy (last spring on sale), Coral Havaiana flip flops, lypsyl with SPF, a MOH/BM tank, and a few other goodies.

I also decided on my "getting ready outfit" I have a white Bride tank and a coral skirt.

I have 29 days left now until I leave and honestly I am pretty much ready! I had my dress fitting last week and will be picking my dress up in about 2 weeks. So I will post photos of it fitted once I get it! Other then that I am pretty just waiting for this month to go by!!

So the time has finally come! I have 2.5 days of work left and am heading to Cuba for our wedding on Thursday! I cannot wait!! This last week was particularly stressful as my fiancé had to go in for emergency surgery last Wednesday and we weren't sure we'd be able to go. Although the doctor wasn't thrilled with the idea he just told us to be cautious. And no swimming for my FI. Luckily for him he doesn't actually like swimming so that's no biggy lol! Anyhow he'll have to take it easy but better then not being to go at all! I am almost packed, just have a few last minute things to pack and then we head out Thursday afternoon!! I'll post with photos once I return!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
