I never saw myself in a black dress-- probably cause we were getting married at daytime on the beach and black seems so formal. But I definitely think a black gown can be a nice choice in the right setting. Vera Wang even has a whole line of black gowns. She's the queen of weddings and if she says it goes, I have to agree! :) It can look elegant and vintage in some cases! Just for fun I pulled a few of my favorite looks in black.

I have no idea why she looks so surly. She must be hungry. (This is from the Vera Wang black collection)

    More Vera:

    So elegant!

It's not all doom and gloom-- this bride brought color into her bouquet!

wow,all of the four seems very very pretty with specific condition, but as to me,i will not accept black wedding dress, and white dress will be more perfect for the big day,it is sacred and stand for our pure love.

First of all, I LOVE the idea of a black wedding dress. The bride wants to stand, out right?! I love it, but I couldn't take all the looks ppl we're giving me. But everything's Vera wang does is flawless.
