  1. Hi there! The passport invites were not a template-- I purchased them completely made from my seller. My thread has all the info if you check back (page 1), and I even link off to a thread just on the invites. But if you want to go the DIY route several of the ladies on here have great ideas and templates! Good luck! Aww thanks so much! Happy planning! Haha thank you! The logo was not a download. I made it myself by finding a fun font from a free download site (I will try to remember which one and get back to you!) and then I just typed it in my purple colors, slapped on some purple palm trees I found on a Google search, and our initials and date. I did it all in Word, that's how easy it was!
  2. Hello Kitty is no longer the cutest Japanese import. There. I said it. If you’re familiar with washi tape then you know exactly what I’m talking about. If you’re not familiar, allow me to introduce you: washi tape is decorative tape similar in texture to masking tape (though some varieties are very strong, making this tape functional AND adorable.) Washi tape can be purchased at most craft stores, office supply stores, as well as online at Amazon, Etsy and other retailers. It comes in a wide--and I do mean WIDE--variety of patterns and sizes, which means the sky’s the limit when it comes to creating fun wedding crafts. If you can think of it, you can washi it! Here are some of our favorite wedding-friendly washi ideas! 3. Psst. Have you ever heard of a color called radiant orchid? If you haven't, you should take some time to familiarize yourself with this unique and gorgeous hue, because color style setters Pantone recently announced it the color of the year for 2014. This playful color combines several different shades of purple for a stunning overall effect. According to Pantone: Radiant Orchid blooms with confidence and magical warmth that intrigues the eye and sparks the imagination. It is an expressive, creative and embracing purple—one that draws you in with its beguiling charm. A captivating harmony of fuchsia, purple and pink undertones, Radiant Orchid emanates great joy, love and health. For all our brides considering purple palettes, feast your eyes on these Radiant Orchid themed images for inspiration. We were tickled pink Radiant Orchid* by what we found, and we hope you are too. *is "tickled Radiant Orchid" a thing yet?
  4. Costa Rica is on my list, too! And Turks & Caicos. And the Maldives. And Tahiti. And Prague. And Iceland. And so many more... I have a lot of work to do on this bucket list of mine!
  5. A few weeks ago the NY Times released their annual list of places to travel this year. I always love reading this article for my next vacation inspiration and thought it might be helpful for anyone in need of a wedding or honeymoon venue! The pics/gifs are gorgeous and there are a lot of great tips. Check it out here: 52 Places to Go in 2014 And let's start a thread by answering the following questions: Where was your wedding/honeymoon? Where would you like to travel to next? I got married in Montego Bay, Jamaica and we honeymooned there as well. The place I'm dying to go to next is South Africa-- for the great beaches, wineries, amazing scenery, wildlife and safaris!
  6. @@LoriGran I think I saved it as an image and that way when I went to print it I was able to select 4 images per page. Don't totally remember, but I'm pretty sure that did the trick! Good luck!!

  8. I'm not ashamed to admit that I love Bravo's Real Housewives franchise. If you share my addiction you'll probably get a kick out of this parody video by comedian Amy Phillips, a regular on Bravo's Watch What Happens Live. Watch as Housewives favorites Teresa Giudice (New Jersey), Ramona Singer (New York) Heather Dubrow (Orange County) and Brandi Glanville (Beverly Hills) send their best wishes for a happy marriage:
  9. @Carlicardenas I used two frames and set them out on the table side by side! Worked great.
  10. I posted some fun ideas about this last year! Check it out here: http://www.bestdestinationwedding.com/topic/72524-share-your-sweetheart-table-inspiration/
  11. I would recommend checking out the free printables section of WeddingChicks.com. That's what I did for my cocktail menu, food menu, thank you sign, and a few other things.
