I really wish that claudia had one big packet that she sent out to every bride with every price & picture possible, so that we all had everything, its so frustrating! Think about how many less emails & questions she would get. I think we should all suggest this!

if you're still waiting for an answer maybe you should call and if you can't get claudia ask for a manager.

 

Do you have a TA yet? The reason I ask is because my TA is helping with the wedding planning, so she usually calls the WC for me and gets me my answers, so if she doesn't get an answer she knows who to call to get them!

I know it is very frustrating to not get responses as quick as we're used to. Especially because you want to do it this November, I'm sure you really want to get moving!

Not that I want any of you to experience the frustration that I have...but I am glad that I am not the only o ne over here, bitching away!! I am so grateful that my TA takes care of everything, because when I was doing it myself I was pulling my hair out! We finally got a contract and will be placing the deposit down this week. woohoo!!!! Finally!!!

It's a wonderful convenience! I don't know what I would do without her! All of my guests think that it has been very cool to all have the same TA that knows so much about our location.

I'm using the same one as Leigh & cancunbride2be, she does help a lot with getting quicker answers then we are able to get, its nice for your guests to have someone to call so that they don't have to make their own arrangements and they get a good price. You don't pay a TA, they get paid by the resorts. You should definetly get one!

I am a Dreams Cancun bride as well; July 27, 2007. I have been in contact (slowly) with Claudia as well. We visited Dreams in August of last year to make sure everything was cool and took tons of pictures. I will be happy to share them.
