Hello ladies! I just got married at the Riu Palace Punta Cana. We went with Blue Lagoon studio even though they didn't have many reviews and I was scared! It turned out they were AWESOME! They make sure they capture every moment and they will take any requested pictures you want! They also had out pictures delivered before we even left(within 48 hours) and they gave us two copies with every photo they took on both of them and made us a slide show with music of photos. They are super nice and Mercedes will email you back quick and customize any photo package you want. Her husband did an awesome job taking pictures of our larges family! We are so happy we went with them and it didn't break out bank! I will definitely recommend them to everyone!

Hello. I just got married a couple weeks ago and we went with them and loved them! There packages are good prices and they will work with you. They also make sure to capture every moment. I was so impressed with them. Mercedes had our photos delivered within 48 hours and made two copies for us with slide shows on each! I would definitely go with them. You will not be disappointed!

Hi,

 

I just got married in July and used Blue Lagoon Studios.  I was uneasy at first about using them, but after seeing all their pictures and talking to them, I chose Manuel to take our pictures.  I was very happy with the results.  They are also very quick to respond to any questions and comments before and more importantly after the wedding.  2 days after the wedding they came to the resort and showed me on an ipad all the pictures.  I got to scroll through all 450 - 500.  They looked fantastic and got to capture some of the moments I didn't see during the ceremony (the whole day was really a blur). 

Manuel was very professional and everyone in the wedding party enjoyed working with him.

I recently used Blue lagoon Studio and they are terrible! The pictures are awful! They were all done with unflattering angles and poses. They seem to lack the knowledge of photoshop. So instead of lightening the photo we had to stare at the sun! After my eyes started hurting he had me close them then open them quickly and he took a picture. As you can imagine they look awful. It was hot and I had a ton of make up on, he wanted me to put my face on my husbands light colored suit, I finally said no. I could go on and on with all the mistakes! Ugh!!!!!This was our most expensive trip ever! I wanted wedding pictures on the beach. I should have moved my date in order to get a better photographer! I learned my lesson never try and save money using a cheaper photographer. I will not be using a single photo from them. Luckily we took a few on our phones and they are a million times better then their's.

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
