How to edit a classified?

    Hi!

     

    How do i edit my classified? When i hit edit details and make the changes i want , after  i hit submit it says i do not have permission to edit...I am logged in so i don,t know what the problem is..any help would be great :)

      Can you post the link here so I can look into it?  I'm not sure what a "classified" is, but if you can give me the link, I'll try to figure it out.

      Do you mean a thread you have in the Buy, Sell, Trade, or Freebies forum?

       

      If YES, members do not have the ability to edit posts (actually i think you might have a few minutes to do it after its posted). If you put incorrect information, you can post yourself that 'Post #x is incorrect, the correct info is..."

       

      Moderators are able to edit posts but we generally will not do so.

        Ok thanks. It was something i posted in buy, sell, trade, or freebies forum, and i just wanted to lower the price. Should i just make a new listing then? I did post a comment with the new price, but the old price is still what is seen before they actually click on the listing. Letme know...thanks :)

          You should be able to update the thread title though, and you can put the price in there.  I would update it to something like "....*price update in post #xx" as the end, then people will be able to see it.
