I was having an issue with the cost continuously changing in my cart on their site, I called customer service and told them the lowest price that it had showed and they honoured that price. I think the best bet is just to call them once your order is ready to be sure - they are very helpful.

Fortunately I have never had that problem with VP, but I have had that problem before with other sites, I too got in the habit of not looking at my confirmation emails. I usually take a screen shot of my cart and save it...just in case.  I definitely would call customer service, its worth a shot.

wow, thanks for sharing and the advice!! I did not know this. I was thinking of looking for some free stuff and ordering, will definitively double check my cart.
