This is great! Could I have your opinions please re OOT bags- which is more eco-friendly - palm leaf bags or naturaln cotton totes that will be reusable (we have planned a design that you could carry in the supermarket and no-one would know it was a wedding bag). I just don't know which is the greener choice. TIA!

Well, our resort does not have air con.  I know it sounds strange for a Caribbean resort but I like it!  They have designed the resort so there is always a breeze coming in (our rooms are open and have only 3 walls).  Also, there is voluntarily no TV in the room.  I do not know if this makes a real difference for the environment but I think that our guests will be more outside playing and snorkeling!  Jade Mountain and Anse Chastanet are luxurious but seems also to be eco-friendly.

What is the resort if you don't mind me asking? I've been looking and looking but can't find anything for less than $750 a night which is too expensive for most of my family!
