I will also just be getting married legally in the US to avoid some this hassel and I dont want to have blood taken while I am there.  No need to worry about a bruise since I know I would have one!  haha

It is completely a matter of personal opinion.  We got "legally" married in Mexico at the beginning of the month.  I really didn't find any hassel at all.  Unless your are against having your blood drawn or being thumb printed I don't know there is problems.  A tech came to our room with the WC and got our specimens.  I am a Rn and trust me proper american stand technique was used.  So as I said it's a matter of personal opinion......we just did it the one time for real!  also we have our documents already and are filling them in our City Hall
