Just to prove how not crafty I am...I tried to glue and wrap the ribbon around the raffia fan handle and it turned out to be such a mess. What did anyone who has done this use to keep the ribbon in place ( hot glue gun or crazy glue)? Where did you start the wrapping(around the top of the handle or the handle itself)? And also how did you get a bow on the top of it if there was only one loose end when you were done wrapping? I'm such a spaz!!

I haven't done any myself but I think Id start where the fan meets the handle, glue it down (probably hot glue), make sure to wrap over where you glued it so the beginning doesn't show.  at the other end, do the same thing, cover up the end.  Make the bow not attached to the fan and for the last step, glue the bow to the fan.  You can make the bow as full as you like.  Hope this helps!

Did you search the DIY folder...I'm sure there's bound to be some instructions there!
