We are having the welcome dinner in place of rehearsal dinner. 3 course, sit down, but informal dress wise. Did you include an enclosure card or send a separate invite? I need RSVP's of entree choice so I'm not sure the best way of going about it...Vista Print does the postcard invites and I thought about doing those with directions to RSVP online with entree choice or a phone number to call...Thoughts?
How did you send your welcome dinner invites?

What about sending info via evite? This would save on postage and less confusion with wedding details. I sent an email to guests 2 weeks before that included info about our welcome mixer and last minute wedding details. I also included the info on our website.

Are you planning to do OOT bags or boxes? Like have them waiting in their rooms or the front desk giving them out as the guests arrive. If so, you could tell them about the welcome dinner in the welcome letter, add a note/ invitation with the specifics, or even an itinerary. Just an idea.

Oops, nevermind, I didn't read about them choosing the meal until now. I would go with the e-vite too. More convenient and saves on postage. Plus, better chance of getting a response sooner.
