Hello everyone!  I am an October 2011 bride as well!  We are getting married at Azul Beach in the Riviera Maya, October 22, 2011.  We have sent out our save the dates that I made, and we are getting our engagement photos May 14th (my cousin is taking them-she's amazing www.vanburenphotography.com )  I am having such a great time planning the wedding and working on my diy projects!  Can anyone tell me where they found instructions on making a seashell ring holder for the ringbearer?  What  a cute idea-my 2 year old son will be so cute!

Hi Samantha, 

 

We arrive on Sunday the 23rd and we leave on the 30th as well. We decided to only go for a week and we might do something else for our Honeymoon. I would have liked to stay longer but I just started a new job so I can't take that long. I am going to have to wait until the new year.

Picked bridesmaid dress they are topaz blue with an ivory sash....

 

Picked my dress..... Got a few ideas for flowers and I have picked the cake but I haven't confirmed it with Mara yet.....

 

Sorting out FI's suit in June.  How long will you be at the resort?  We are arriving on 16th Oct getting married on 25th Oct and leaving on 30th October so we are there for 2 weeks.....

We will be there the same time!!!! Actually I think there are a few of us on this thread getting married here in Oct!!! How is your planning going??? .....

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
