I decided not to go with the package because I knew I wanted to do my own makeup (I have had a couple bad experiences in the past so I don't really trust anyone else). I am going to get a mani and pedi and get my hair done, but doing them separately was cheaper than choosing one of the packages. Like Marie, I have read on here that the majority of brides are happy with their hair, but not their makeup.

Great, thanks for the advice. I'm really picky about make-up and hadn't read any reviews on that yet so I appreciate the heads up. Marie, I like your idea about getting some of that stuff done before we go on the trip. I might just get my hair done and maybe manicure for me & my girls. Thanks!!

I just got married two weeks ago at ROR and Rose, who did my hair, was amazing!! I have really difficult thick hair that is not a fan of humidity and she did it perfectly. My hair even stayed all day as our ceremony was at 11am and we had an evening reception.

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
