BDW Biggest Loser ~ Season 9!

I am having a heck of a time trying to stay on track. I do so much better when I low carb all the way. But since FI mild heart attack I have been trying to include all food groups. Which is driving me nuts. And of course I totally forgot today was friday, got up and dressed and went to work. Will send pic in tomorrow.

 

I really need to start exercising! Need a good kick in the butt!

FI and I are playing beach volleyball on Thursday nights. Last night was the first game. We play for 1 1/2 hrs. Problem is, I don't even break a sweat so it doesn't even feel like exercise. To rectify this, FI and I will be biking to the rest of the games. Its a good 20-25 min bike ride each way so at least that way I will feel like we actually exercised. And the best news is I hate beer so when we go out after the game and everyone orders pitchers, I get my diet pepsi and don't have to worry about the extra late night calories.

 

Overall my week was up and down, tough week at work so not the best eating and missed some workouts but overall not nearly as bad as it could have been. Forgot to weigh myself this am so I will get my weight in tomorrow am.

Good morning ladies!

The scale showed a small loss this week but the best part is my BMI... Im finally out of the "Overweight" category (barely...but it still counts!!)

I've been doing my best to get my lazy butt to the gym this week.

Good morning ladies, it's Friday and you know what that means.... please get your pictures to me today, or tomorrow morning by 12:00 PM EST.

I thought I had a decent week, but work has been super busy and I didn't get to the gym/yoga as much as I had wanted. Looks like I stayed about the same this week. I hope everyone else had a good (or at least decent) week!

Still amazing. I have only 13 to lose but seem to just be stuck. I don't know why I can't seem to get out of this rut and kick it into high gear. I seriously need better discipline.
