    Hi girls,

I'm trying to tone up for the big day too. Unfortunately, my bank book is as skinny as can be, so I can't afford to go to classes. Anyone have any yoga videos they can recommend? I like the ones that are a good work out but also have that spiritual/calming side to it too.

I'd also like recommendations for good pilates videos pleaaaase!

Any ideas would be welcome. Thanksthanksthanks!!!

"The Biggest Loser: The Workout - Weightloss Yoga" DVD is a good one.

        Here's a clip on YouTube:

I totally agree! Biggest Loser Yoga is by far the west I've tried. I love this one.
It works up a good sweat and you can feel the burn!

I also like Rainbeau Mars' Yoga for beauty. Its a two disc set for dawn and dusk. I really like the dusk dvd and she has music from Jai Uttal which is very calming.

For more advanced yoga gurus try Yoga X - as part of the P90X system.
