    wow michele, thats pretty intense. I have tried relpax and it didnt work for me
    Keeping track of the food you eat, that maybe trigger the headaches, is definitely a good thing to do.

      wow i feel your pain, literally! i have always gotten them, i get the blurred vision, dry mouth extremely tired etc . i have been tested for my thyroid, anemia the list goes on.
      what i finally discovered is PMDD, and i started taking Sarafem about 4 yrs ago and it helps 1000%, yes 1000%.
      i saw an ad in some magazine w a questionairre and thats where i found it.
      its not a natural solution but it has helped me.
      maybe try it, you would have to see your doctor probably your OB for and get a RX

        I suffer from migraines.. I have perscription meds for it but the BEST thing that relieves it is Excedrin Migraine. I like to also take hot baths and get a massage is possible.

          yeah just take the magnesium when you get a headache...at least that is what my cousin does...not every day
