Hi Ladies,

I contacted these tour vendorshuh.gif (wrong term, I know) for group rates on day cruises. here are their resposnses.

Puerto Vallarta Bay Cruises - Save up to 50%

Hi Amy!! Congratulations! We'll do our best to find the best activity for you and your party :) There are a few options to look into: a bay cruise/booze cruise, the canopy/zip lines (awesome!!), a mexican fiesta, maybe ATVs, you name it! Obviously we might need to break up all of you in a few groups to be able to accommodate you all, but that's OK :) I would definitely recommend either a bay cruise, which includes some time on the beach, some time snorkeling, open bar, lunch, games&activities on board etc... Puerto Vallarta Bay Cruises - Save up to 50% (unless you want to go private we would have to get a quote) and the canopy (Los Veranos is the best!! Los Veranos Canopy Tour in Puerto Vallarta - Save $$ Here) and for that one we can break up the group in 3, so 50 by 50 would go on the tour but you can all stay at the canopy location to swim in the river, have some lunch (or couple of drinks!) at the restaurant and just enjoy the jungle environment, which is beautiful! Tell us what you and your group might be interested in and we can find out if it's possible for a large group like yours, allrighty? :) Any questions or if you would like to talk to someone here, just give us a call at 1 866 217 9704 :)

Have a lovely day!

Karla

Thank you, Karla!

Could you give me pricing info on your Bay cruise? What I am planning

on doing is putting this information on our wedding website and have

it act in place of a welcome dinner for our guests since each would

pay their own way.

I would also like pricing info on the other tours. That way if my

guests are interested in additonal activites while in PV, we can refer

them to you.

Thank you,

Amy

Hi Amy!

We have several bay cruises, some going north & some going south.... Our two favorite would be the Santa Maria ($45 per person) & the Geronimo ($57.50 per person). You can view all our bay cruises at: Puerto Vallarta Bay Cruises - Save up to 50%.

We have so many activities here in Puerto Vallarta that we offer & all the prices are on our web-page http://www.PuertoVallartaTours.net. We suggest maybe doing a Canopy tour (the Los Veranos canopy tour at $70 per person is definitely the best one) ATVs & dune buggies are lot's of fun (the jungle buggy would be the best one & it's $101 per buggy which holds up to two people), it all depends on what you're interested in. If wish to give me a call I will give you all the information I can about the tours & Puerto Vallarta. You can reach me at our toll-free number 1 866 217 9704. If you can't get through it is because we're having service done at our office & the phones will be disconnected for some time & due to us being in Mexico they're not able to give us a specific time we'll be up & running again. Please keep trying, we're here, ready to take your call.

Thank you!

Lisa

www.vallarta-adventures.com (the vendor that the Las Caletas Brides are using)

Thank you for your email and interest. Here are a couple of options that might be of interest to you.

The first option and what I think is definitely the best is our tour to Las Caletas. (http://www.vallarta-adventures.com/las-caletas/index.html) While having a continental breakfast, this catamaran takes you to the South of the bay to an area which you can only access by boat, Las Caletas. Upon arrival you will have the opportunity to enjoy activities such as: snorkeling, kayaking, cooking lesson, nature walk, buffet lunch, parrot/monkey encounter, open bar and for an extra charge you can visit our spa (25USD/half hour), sea lion encounter (50USD) and clay modeling for the children (6USD).

At lunch time, you will enjoy our buffet which includes salads, fruit/vegetables, pasta, chicken, ribs and hand made tortillas and of course, dessert!

This tour costs 80USD per person (40USD for children 4-11, under 4 are free) but we can offer a 10% online discount which would make it 72usd for adults and 36usd for children. If you have 150 people interested you could even charter the complete catamaran for your group which would make Las Caletas semi-private. This means that you would have Las Caletas completely private for your group except during the lunch when the 2nd departure arrives. I recommend this tour because it has something for everyone, you can do everything or you can just relax on the beach with your book. You make your own day!

The other option would be the Wild Dolphins and Snorkeling tour (http://www.vallarta-adventures.com/snorkeling/dolphin.html). This catamaran takes you to the North of the bay where you will have the opportunity to snorkel and kayak at Las Marietas islands which is an ecological reserve for over 70 species of birds including the blue-footed boobie. After the water activites they will open the bar and serve a deli lunch onboard. While eating lunch the captain will take you to a private secluded beach at the North end of the bay where you will have a chance to relax on the white sand beach, swim or even take the guided nature walk.

After your beach time you head back to Puerto Vallarta enjoying the entertainment on board.

This tour costs 68USD per person (34USD for children 4-11, under 4 are free) but the 10% discount can also be applied. We can also arrange a private catamaran for your group starting as low as 60 guests total and up to 150 guests total.

For either of these tours a non-refundable but transferable deposit of 1000USD must be made to hold the spaces with the balance being paid 30 days prior to the date of the excursion.

Please feel free to contact me by phone or email if you have any further questions or concerns or if either of these tours are of interest to you, I can draw up a proposal/contract for you. I look forward to hearing from you.

Kindest regards,

Jessie Hopwood

We haven't decided yet. The Las Caletas sounds great but may be too pricy.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
