Hi Manda,

Here is a photo I found online, I haven't taken pics yet. They look the same but with no text.

 

I plan on putting our monogram on stickers or a transfer of some kind....once I get the monogram done! That is driving me crazy right now.

So I don't know why the pic isn't showing up...I will attach it. I found this one online, but they look just like this with red or blue lids (other colors available) clear cup with no text.

 

Happy Planning! I plan on putting a monogrammed sticker or transfer on each cup once I am done designing my monogram, which is driving me crazy!!

Why are they quoting you $100 to rent an aisle runner? I thought it was part of the wedding package and comes in red or white?

I believe we are both stayting at the Iberostar Beach, right?

Thanks i am happy i found it too... i posted pics on the Calgary Brides thread i think it was or maybe it was the thread i started on asking for calgary brides advise and help on where to find one hahaha.. one of those! ;)  but i can post it again if you can't find it hahah

 

I am getting married on the beach.. and  i hadn't really thought of the aisle runner to be honest.. I am getting married with just foot jewelery and in my bare feet so i doubt i will get the runner... $100 to rent a aisle runner is a tad pricey in my opinion.. lol i have seen some pics where they have no aisle runner but have the giant conch shells as aisle markers.. so i am not too sure how much those are, or if you can get them for free but if you can i think i will just do that!

Hi no,

I think you mixed me up with luvmoo, she's getting married in Jamaica. We are getting married in Mexico at Dreams Tulum. The top package does include the rental of the aisle runner but we were planning on getting the package below that. I hope your planning is going well. Cheers!

How many did you think you would need? I noticed you're in Barrie, are you ever in TO? I live in TO, we could always combine and share shipping, etc...

just a thought! :)
Also, were you planning on releasing sky lanterns? I'm thinking about it and think it might be a better deal if I can buy bulk (cheaper) and share shipping with someone in Toronto.

Can I ask, do you have a group booking with ACV? I am still waiting to hear back from our travel agent to see if we get the upgrade. We couldn't do a group booking as we have family coming from all over....hoping we can still get the upgrade. or I will have to get my FH to sweet talk the attendant with his Scottish accent to at least get moved to Exec. Class!:)

Yes, we do have a group booking with ACV, so maybe that's why. Is your family also travelling with ACV? Maybe that can help, even if it's not a group booking?

That's not silly at all!! it is your day!! :) I have some really cute sandals that i bought for the reception and for later...  but barefoot jewelery for the ceremony and for the beach pictures etc :) I actually got my barefoot jewelery from ladybeads.com   i got myself and my bridesmaids all matching ones.. :)  But you could totally make them yourself too!

Yayy!! I am so glad you inquired and got the free upgrade!! i am glad i told you guys about it! as we are the bride and groom!! we deserve to be special and sit in executive class and have more luggage space! :) Yay!! Now lets hope Tori gets the upgrade too!! :)

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners.
