But check in is at 4:00 and check out is 12:00 not sure how exactly this is going to work.

I am going to email Kamila to tell her to book March 6th for us for the shoot. Then I will PM yourself and Blondie25 with my Paypal information for the $100 deposits.

Thanks so much for doing all of this. =)
I will forward the information onto Kamila to see what she thinks. Although the start time may be too late for her. I think that she likes to start in the am.
It looks like a great hotel though.. =)

I just heard back from Kamila, her email is as follows confirming March 6th!!!
Can you please send her the $100 deposit through Paypal and and fax/email her back the contracts asap?
I will also PM you all this information to make sure you receive it. Please confirm back to me on this thread when you are done.
This sounds good and the hotel looks good - the only thing I'm worried about is the size of the room. It might be ok though, and the $195 and floor-to-ceiling windows sound REALLY good!
I am just going to check with Michelle LoConte to make sure she is available that day, but if she is not available I'm sure she can recommend someone from her salon, so we should be all set for March 6th!
Also attached is the contract for the session that you can forward to all the girls. And the girls can payPal me to email@example.com if that's easier/faster.
