Dahlias?

Hey Ladies,

 

Has anyone been able to determine if Dahlias are available for Mexican brides? If so, do you know their availability?

I wiki'd some info on dahlias...apparently they are native to Mexico, so I'm sure that they must be available somehow. Good luck!

I remember asking my WC about them for my January wedding and she said they wouldn't be available. Not sure if that meant she couldn't get them or they would be out of season? They are beautiful though. Let us know if you are able to get them.

Ya I realize their native to Mexico thats why I'm kinda interested....but all of the Cabo Flower Availability lists dont even have them. The hunt continues.....

I love dahlias and I asked about them for my April wedding and I was told they weren't available. I'm using ranunculus instead which have a similar look.

Wow Sarah are you able to get those colours? They are EXACTLY the colours we are looking for.

Rachel, I'm only using the orange ones but those are my general colors. I bet you can. Why don't you email your WC and/or florist and ask? We are using Vanessa Jaimes and she is really great at getting things.
