Any Other Georgia Peaches Out There?!?

Recommended Posts

JLo I think you would love Cobb County. I was raised there and it really is a wonderful location... close to the city, with EVERYTHING you can imagine amenities wise, and there are a lot of NE families that move to the area! And the weather is much warmer! Just wait until you see the first "snow" LOL.

I still consider myself a Georgia Peach because I grew up in GA even though I live in TX now. My fiance calls me his GA Peach all the time! I will be getting married in Las Vegas though! Good luck to all the GA Brides.

Im another GA Peach! Born in San Fran, CA raised in lilburn/st. mtn right outside of Atlanta. Graduated from GA State and moved to Riverside, CA right after graduation for a job offer and well after a year and half....I'm back in the ATL!!!! My fiance never moved so I had to come back to him....and I missed my sweet tea! There's no place like HOME! The only thing Atlanta is missing is a beach (the man made one in Clayton County doesn't count)! I live in Dunwoody now.

BTW...I'm getting married in Ocho Rios, Jamaica!!!!

Hello girls, I'm a Georgia Peach as well! I live in Athens right now, but I've also lived in Sky Valley, Milledgeville, Young Harris, and Decatur. It's nice to know there are other Georgia gals on BDW!

Hey ladies! I'm not in GA but just up I-85 in Greenville, SC ... and we visit ATL often. I was married last year and am happy to help with anything you ladies might need. I also have some great photog, etc suggestions for anyone who might need it.

Oh gosh, Grant Park has been in news so much lately. When I lived in Decatur, I used to visit friends in Grant Park all the time, and it always seemed like such a safe place! Regardless, what a beautiful and neat area to live in.

I am in ATL as well-- just outside of Midtown actually. I've only been in Ga. since '02 (I've lived in Michigan, Ohio and Texas and grew up in Florida) and have lived in Macon and now Atlanta. Yay for Georgia brides!
