its getting crowded!

    I have a reception space rented that is supposed to hold up to 150 people but the guest list have expanded and Im getting concerned as to if I need to cut back on people or not. My question is, when they say the capacity is 150 people...is this after taking out space for the dj's equipment or anything else? I know this is a dumb question but it had me thinking!

      Hello,

      I am assuming before renting you advised them of the equipment,lighting, technology needs before confirming. That said, I would imagine that the capacity is inclusive of your DJ equipment, tables and whatever else you discussed up front with the facility.

      Huh, that's a good question :S I have no idea. But wait to see how many people actually accept to come to the wedding...Usually its less than you invite
