Ok, so the radio station that I listen to always mentions this body cleansing website, and my mom mentioned to me that someone tried a body detox and lost a bunch of weight. Like 15 pounds in 21 days. I know, sounds crazy but it an all natural cleanser so you know what that does. So I ended up buying it and started it on Wednesday and I swear to you I've lost 4 lbs already. You eat nothing but raw fruits and veggies. I didn't think I was that disciplined because I need my chicken (that's the only meat I eat). But I actually do not crave any of the junk that I used to eat. But if you cheat you just keep on going.

So if anyone is looking for a quick way to lose some weight or just to cleanse your body I highly recommend it.

Has anyone else tried this?

Yeah I'm still hanging in there. It'll be a week tomorrow and I've already lost 7 pounds. It is tough because all your eating is fruits and veggies. I've made my own salad dressing and spiced it up a bit with seasoning and made fruit drinks to fill me up. But other than that it's going well. They give you 6 different pills you take throughout the day. You take 5 at a time. I know it seems like a lot but I guess it's to get your system going. And they give you this this stuff to mix with water and you take that before you go to bed. There's no taste to it so it's not that bad. Other than that, that is it. I feel much lighter and I have a whole different view on the foods I used to eat. It's working for me so far. I'm just anxious to see how much I end up losing.

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
