Guestbook - Question for DIY Pages

Recommended Posts

While I was reading the thread on creative guestbooks I saw something mentioned I had not seen in other templates before.

You could ask questions like "how many kids do you think they'll have" or "where will they be living in 10 years" or just ask for advice.

So I love the idea of the questions to add to pages in our scrapbook. These would be great to read in 5 or 10 years and laugh about the answers. So can you ladies help me think up some questions? I am drawing a total blank. Thanks Carla wink.gif

Mine were really generic. (see below)

I've seen some really cute ones like:

- what will they name their kids/pets

- how many kids/pets

- what city/town/neighborhood will they end up living in

- what will be the birthdate of their firstborn

- what will Bob get Susan for their 5th anniversary

stuff like that...

Here's the link where I got the idea

Welcome to the Guestbook Store! Guestbooks for Every Occasion!

I plan to put small easels on each table with some pens or crayons, my sheets will be 8" x 8" (25 cents each at Michaels!) and then have the guests put them in a binder when they're done. That way everyone can look over everyone's responses.

I might put some extras out incase someone messes up big time, or if little ones scribble all over them.

We did a photobook guestbook that guests wrote in. we passed it around during dinner. It looked like people enjoyed flipping through it. I loved reading the comments. they made me so happy. we got several "thank you for including us" and "thanks for planning a great vacation." That meant a lot to me.

anyway, my point is that with a small group you could possibly do it during dinner.

Here are a couple I found from the Knot in case anyone else is thinking of doing this.

* How did you first meet the bride and groom?

* When did you know they were in love?

* What's the secret to a great marriage?

* Can you share a funny memory about the bride and/or the groom?

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
