Hi Everyone:

I have seen a number of threads regarding photographers in PV, but has anyone used the photographers listed at part of the Las Caletas "package"?

I am trying to look at them and I am also looking at Cristine Vince Photography. If anyone has used any of these and are willing to share you experience and photos I would really appreciate it!

Lindsay (TA_Lindsay) used a LC photog for her wedding if I recall correctly.

These were the ones that Kelley told me they typically used, but that was back August of last year. These were the photogs that their prices match what is on the website. I do know that Kelley had said when I got married that Elizabeth Lloyd/Beth Flandung (same person, no clue if spelled names right) had been used quite often lately. So she may have a new price for LC brides or Kelley may now have her as an option. Just ask.

Thank you Ladies!

I did get a list from Kelly, but I was hoping to talk to someone who has used them before. There doesn't really seem to be anyone on the forum so that is kind of scary.

Im pretty sure I will be using Elizabeth, I loved your pics Rachel! How much was extra was the TTD session if you don't mind me asking?

I had scheduled a TTD but had to cancel since I was so sick. I think it was $300 for an hour. Beth was so great- she refunded it all back.

Her rates may have changed. I had contacted her almost 2 years ago. I hope to some day go back to PV and do a TTD. You don't have to be newly married to do one right? LOL

  • 3 years later...

I used one of the photographers from Puerto Vallarta Adventures that is directly on the Dreams Resort. The best part was they were located on the resort so I went to meet the photographer ahead of time, showed him what I wanted and provided a list of pictures I wanted to include. I also was able to see my pictures the next day and select the ones I wanted. This easy access was so convenient and the best. I think my photographer was my favorite part of my wedding. I am trying to find a time/way to get back to PV just to take pictures with him. His name was Eder Acevedo and he is amazing. The cost was relative to what it would be in Canada and he took pictures starting when we were getting ready until almost the end of the reception. I believe all of the on site photographers are probably great but if you have the option i'd go with Eder. He is so fun and easy to work with and he is creative and original too.

Here is his website for all of his work.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
