Wendy-I just booked a catamaran trip with Mark. How long was the ride from AB to the catamaran?

Wendy - did you bring an iPod with playlists on it for the boat? I was just off on a catamaran today - getting a good base tan for Mexico!
Unfortunately, our sailing trip was canceled because of weather. We had a huge storm the day before the wedding. Very sad as we were all really looking forward to it!

Yes, 50 minutes from AB, and the same from AS since the two hotels share the same access road. We were going to bring CDs with music for the boat, or plug in my mp3. Mark had said the format could be mp3, ipod or CD.

Wendy, where did you have your reception at AB? Were you happy with the location? I am afraid to have it on the beach... on a November evening, that sounds cold! But I haven't been told about any other locations even though I keep asking my WC!

And whose dog is this in your pictures, Wendy? It looks a lot like my dog Martini, who I am going to miss DEARLY being away that long!

We had it on the Blue Terrace, but they are no longer offering that as an option for a private event unless you have 80 people. It sucks for all future brides because it's the perfect location, covered but still outside and with a lot of room.

I too would be worried about being cold on a November evening! Hopefully you'll hear back from your WC soon about what your options are. I don't have the updated list of locations or I'd tell you myself.

LOL, those are random beach dogs! Those pictures weren't taken at the resort but on a remote stretch of beach near Puerto Morelos.

Great idea about the music. Thanks. Mark has been wonderful. Thanks for the suggestion.

We are not doing a groom's cake but my sister-in-law did one for my brother and it was a hit. When you are ready I found my LOVE cake topper on ebay but I know etsy also has it.
