I apologize for not knowing how to "MULTI".  I will keep that in mind next time.  I am 30 days from my wedding date and its just sad to me that people can be so rude when someone is just trying to get ideas for their own wedding when they are down to the wire.

With only 30 days to your big day I am POSITIVE that ANY bride on these forums would be more than willing to share their templates with you instead of seeing posts like this on multiple forums!  I don't feel I was being "rude" in anyway and am sorry you feel that way.  This website has been an invaluable resource during my planning process and it offends me to see someone abusing it, then just to post "I made it...Finally!  Now what?" on the 150th post forum.  If you weren't working towards something specific why bother?  Since you have been on here since last year I would expect you would have had plenty of time to reach 150 posts the right way by providing valuable insights, comments and sharing with all the other brides instead of what you have done and then to attack me in your response even though I think the way I approached the situation was very light.  I know I was not the only one to feel frustrated and irritated with your many, many posts on multiple forums simply quoting people's pictures.

That being said, I wish you nothing but the best in the remainder of your planning process but think it is necessary to point out such things for OTHER brides who may not understand that this is NOT what BDW is about.

All the best on your big day!

I have only looked through a few pages but lots of nice cakes so far!  I have a question though, I noticed a few cakes with ribbon around each tier.  This is what I really want, I am planning on buying ribbon to match my colours then bring it down with me.  My only concern is how do you cut a cake that has ribbon around it...I assume you "cut" the cake for pictures and everything then take all the ribbon off to cut for guests.  I was wondering if this will be a huge pain, I think it will be worth it to have a gorgeous cake but was just curious about what others had found.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
