Hey girls!

Tracy, we leave on Sunday, what about you? Can't wait!

The list is dwindling. A few small beautify things to do, wrap up work, post planning thread... I am doing the pic thing too! I was also waiting for pics from Mishka Designs... she is making my menus, placecards and custom maracas but might just post them after the fact.

Otherwise Bill's suit wasn't tailored right so they are fixing it and we'll pick it up today, pick up linens tomorrow, purchase a carryon bag and that's about it! Yay!

I hope that's it!
I don't think I"m going to get to my planning thread done before I go, but I promise to do it as soon as I get back!!!

I love them! They look & feel awesome! I feel very girly! I've never had nails before - they always break & split! They didn't say anything about too much water! CRAP!!! Oh well...my mom has a package of stick ons in case of an emergency!

I just got the gel nails put on too... had them once before a couple of years ago and they were fine in all elements!

When are you leaving Kate (.com! Now that we have 2!)??

Welcome new Kate!!

I still have crap to do! I have to get my waxing finished up tomorrow - I tried doing my legs last night & for some reason the hairs just wouldn't come off!! Grrr!! I was so frustrated!! So, I decided I'm going to leave the rest for a pro! Then I tried making the t-shirts - mine turned out great, MOH's worked ok (a couple spots missing), and then FIs was a disaster!! One letter is completely missing & wouldn't iron on at all!! I got so frustrated I was on the verge of tears (I know it's no biggy, but it was 11:30 at night & I was tired & emotionally drained!). Anyway, I figured I would reprint the missing letter & try to add it again - if that doesn't work I'm going to get a fabric marker/pen & print it on myself!! LOL

I'm stressed up to my eyeballs & cannot wait to get on that flight!!! Phew!

I just wanted to let all you lovely ladies know that I am not going to be able to post my planning thread before I leave. I know, I know...I was nagging everyone else. But it is going to be a lot of work resizing pics etc. I promise to finish it & post when I get back!! Here is the link to my "good bye" post though...hope it suffices for now!! http://bestdestinationwedding.com/fo...314#post661187

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
