AAA vent

Recommended Posts

I went to AAA today to see if they had any info on PR & Vieques. The ladies were so rude, tossed a hotel brochure with all of two pages on PR at me and got on the phones completely ignoring me. I was so angry because there used to be a wonderful woman there and now she's gone. I planned my trip to Disney through them, and now with a DW and Honeymoon in the works you'd think they'd be more interested. I've had a thing with bad customer service lately. Maybe I'll write a letter...

Ewww, I hate bad service like that. Write a letter to corporate, it won't hurt and if you choose to use AAA again they may even throw a discount or special offer at you. Say how you've been pleased before, recommended them, etc. and now you now you have reservations about using them in the future (pardon the pun...lol). Good luck!

I would totally write a letter - you would be amazed at the results you get! My mom wrote a letter once to a company that she got brown bags from (there was holes in all of them) and they sent her 12 CASES of bags! It wouldn't hurt and usually companies don't want to have there employees give bad customer service!

Wow, that's cool (and a lot of bags)! Sometimes it pays to complain. My dad once stayed at a Hilton and wasn't thrilled so he wrote corporate not expecting anything, and they sent him a 3 night stay free at any Hilton worldwide. So definitely try :)

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
