I lost my resort/wedding review of Grand Lido Negril, Jamaica

Recommended Posts

I just spent 30 minutes typing my review and when I tried to post it, it said I had to re-sign in. When I did that, it went to a blank screen and I lost everything I typed in. I tried to go back but it was all gone Sigh....

I don't have time to retype everything now....so here is a really short form.

The resort was absolutely fabulous, it is a little older but it is stunning. The wedding coordinator, Sophie was amazing and I didn't have to worry about anything. The wedding was a dream, it was more than we ever expected. What a wonderful to have a vacation/wedding. My husband and I can't wait to go back!!!!

Here are a few pics (I can't seem to get them any smaller even though I piced the smallest option in photobucket....sorry all. These are not pro pics, I don't have any of those yet. Enjoy!!

I think I know what happened, when you sign into the forum if you check the "remember me" box (I think that's what it says) you won't get timed out. Otherwise if you are on the same page for too long you will.

Once I beat a high score in the arcade and clicked to save it and was asked to re-sign in, so I lost the score ...never able to beat it again either, darn it!

Or just highlight the text part of your entire post, and then if you do get signed out, when you log back in and get to the new thread that you create you can just paste it in. This works for posts where you keep getting interrupted as you type it wink.gif

I don't have the remember me box checked in case Doug accidentally gets in somehow, I don't want him to stumble across all my dress pics! Also If I forget to log out correctly here at work I don't want someone to stumble on the site and be able to log in as me and write a bunch of creepy stuff.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
