For brides that have already just gotten married. Was the dinner reservations filled by the time you got there? Would you suggest booking ahead of time (before landing) to make reservations in the various different restuarants offered on the property Thanks

The TA that I am using, sent me a pdf of the booking information with all the information regarding place, hotel, etc. And then once I getting closer to planning the actual wedding with the hotel. I will be sending out a formal invitation to those that have booked. The formal invitation will include the schedule of events, so they can plan whatever activity or sightseeing event they will want while there.

Stupid question, but with having DW do you need to have a card box at the reception. I am the first of my friends to have a dw and not really sure. Do guests bring gifts or cards to the dw? If so any cute simple ideas for this Thanks Nicole

Does anyone know if RIU Palace Cabo has themed events for say a welcome party? For example bonfire, tequila tasting, etc. I am looking for a fun way to welcome all my guests without just reserving a section somewhere in the bar/lounge Thanks Nicole

Just registered with my TA and set the date at RIU Palace in Cabo. Waiting to see how many people are going to attend. Sent out 80 plus emails for booking info. Now here is my question, since I was only given a 2 week price guarantee, I had to send emails quickly with booking information. Once all said and booked what kind of formal invitations would you send to the guests attending. Just lost on ideas??? They have already booked, so have the date, hotel, etc. what would be a way to send an invitation thats a little more formal and would it be a more of a thank you for booking and making the travels here are the details for the wedding type deal.
