Finally a new post! I am also considering Seven Stars for my venue. I haven't spoken to the coordinator at the resort directly, but my wedding coordinator has and as I understand it...if you book your wedding/reception there, you must book a minimum of 10 rooms for 2 nights. That may or may not be negotiable. But thats all I know. Have you planned anything else for your wedding? I'd love to hear what you've found out! Thanks K

We're pretty set on a date (June 6, 2015) but just need to lock down the venue. My mom and I are taking a site visit to Turks & Caicos and Grand Cayman this June, and I anticipate we will be able to decide on the venue at the end of he trip and book it. It will all become so much more real once the venue is booked! We've already informally let a lot of friends and family know the date so they can put it on their calender and begin saving, but I agree, the sooner guests can know, the sooner they can start saving and getting PUMPED for our destination wedding! Anybody have a list of potential bands or wedding entertainment on Grand Cayman? I'm pretty sure we're going to want a band, but we're considering all options (including a traveling band). Let me know what you guys have found out about music on the island! Thanks so much

Yes I have a wonderful wedding planner whos assistant is a travel agent, so they are setting up all the details for travel, hotels and vendor meetings. I am very excited and blessed to have to opportunity to visit before committing! Thanks for the comments Happy Planning to yall also!

Hey there! New to this forum, although I've been reading through it for quite a while. Trying to plan a wedding for June 2015. Taking a site visit to both Turks & Caicos and Grand Cayman in June 2014 to get a better idea of where we will be getting married. Anyone off the bat have suggestions? Hey guys! I'm in the process of planning a trip to Turks & Caicos to check out some sites before our wedding (planned for June 2015). I have a coordinator that I'm working with.....she's from Dallas where we live and will be traveling with us to the wedding. She's in the process of setting up visits with sites (Seven Stars & Gansevoort) and vendors when we visit in June 2014. Any suggestions on things I should check out while we're there. In regards to photographers....she suggested Attimi, Brilliant, and EyeSpice. I'd love to hear your reviews. Thanks so much!
